The City of Mandurah invites public comment on the proposed Foreshore and Core Conservation Reserve Management Plan for Frasers Landing Project, Lot 500 Wanjeep Street, Coodanup. The primary aim is to conserve the natural environment of the area, while allowing compatible community access for appreciation and passive recreation.

The City of Mandurah invites public comment on the proposed Foreshore and Core Conservation Reserve Management Plan for Frasers Landing Project, Lot 500 Wanjeep Street, Coodanup. The primary aim is to conserve the natural environment of the area, while allowing compatible community access for appreciation and passive recreation.

The objectives of the Management Plan are to:

  • Protect and conserve the natural values of the area including vegetation and fauna habitats;
  • Promote the area as a conservation, passive recreation and education resource for the use and enjoyment of the local community;
  • Outline a long-term strategy for the management of existing vegetation and habitat and implementation of restoration strategies;
  • Identify management and implementation responsibilities.

Comments and feedback are required by close of business Wednesday 30 November 2016. All submissions will become public record, however Council will not release your personal details if a written request to withhold these details is included in the submission.
